There is a pilgrimage of the palate to be made at YĒVO. Under the direction of Executive Chef Aggelos Bakopoulos the food itself tells a story; of soil, of sea, of seasons long past but never forgotten.

Each dish is an invocation of the Cycladic spirit, drawn from the fertile bounty of the islands. A table set not merely for eating, but for something altogether more profound – a communion with the Greek land, the Aegean sea, and the ancient gods of plenty and pleasure.
